Carob chocolate
Our carob chocolate is specially made for people who have a cocoa allergy. These people are allergic to cocoa protein. This type of chocolate is also very suitable as sugar free chocolate, as we sweeten our carob chocolate with corn powder. Carob grows near the Mediterranean and in Asia. Nowadays our carob is harvested mainly in the Mediterranean area. The tree, also known as the St. John’s Bread, is an evergreen (stays green during winter time). The carob we use in our production comes from the pods of the tree.

Soy chocolate
For those people who have a cow milk allergy, we produce soy chocolate. These people are allergic to milk protein.
